Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will join Culture Kings' Global Brands production team, working closely with design, buying and sourcing to bring the brand’s streetwear products to market. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, this hands‑on role ensures the product moves smoothly from concept to finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the production pipeline based on category leads and buyer forecasts.
• Develop detailed production schedules that reflect demand, seasonal trends and promotional activity.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source fabrics, trims and components.
• Manage development and approval of production samples against designer vision and brand standards.
• Implement quality‑control inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to keep production flowing smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production, garment technology, planning or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work with techpacks, product specifications and quality‑control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on collective outcomes.
