Product Training Specialist

About the role

Are you passionate about vehicles, automotive technology, and helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Product Training Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing the Geely product story to life across our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of vehicle features, technologies, specifications, customer benefits and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Product teams to gather, analyse and translate product information into accurate, relevant training materials.
• Deliver engaging product training programs across the dealer network through classroom, virtual and hands‑on vehicle‑based learning.
• Lead training activities for vehicle launches, product updates and new technologies.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders to support capability development and field‑based learning initiatives.
• Travel interstate as required to support training and launch activities.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
• Natural curiosity about vehicle technology and confidence sharing knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gather, interpret and communicate technical product information clearly.
• Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Marketing and Training teams.
• Organisational attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
