Product Training Specialist – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a Product Training Specialist who is passionate about vehicles and automotive technology. Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will become a product expert, translating complex technical details into engaging learning experiences for our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of vehicle features, technologies, specifications, and competitive positioning.
• Build strong relationships with Product teams to gather, analyse, and translate product information into training content.
• Act as the key link between Product and Training, ensuring materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the Training Specialist to create vehicle walk‑arounds, demonstrations, and launch content.
• Deliver engaging product training programs across the dealer network through classroom, virtual, and hands‑on sessions.
• Lead training activities for vehicle launches, product updates, and new technologies.
• Support dealers and internal stakeholders, identifying knowledge gaps and improving learning outcomes.
• Travel interstate as required to support training and launch activities.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
• Natural curiosity about vehicle technology and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and collaboration abilities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Training teams.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
