Product Owner, Technical – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a technical Product Owner to lead product areas within Doit’s AI‑powered Neobank app. You will shape user‑centric financial services, launch features quickly, and continuously improve them based on data and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams.
• Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys and iterate post‑launch.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder or similar role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.

Required skills

• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Strong writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
