Product Owner – Talent Management

About the role

As a Product Owner – Talent Management you will lead the evolution of critical Talent, Culture & Communications technology products within ANZ’s Digital Employee Experience team. You will shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Talent Management solutions that span the employee lifecycle, ensuring they align with the bank’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Talent Management capabilities across SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.
• Partner with Talent, Culture & Communications leaders to identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, user training and support.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop solutions that meet business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases, assess impacts, coordinate testing and ensure smooth implementation.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs, balancing strategic initiatives with operational support.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demonstrations and feedback sessions to maximise value delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and technology providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HR technology solutions, preferably in a large enterprise or banking environment.
• Strong ability to work with senior HR leaders and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead product teams and drive adoption of new technologies.
