Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager is accountable for turning business opportunities, customer problems, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable work that delivers measurable outcomes. You will drive data‑driven prioritisation, deeply understand customer and business needs, define high‑quality requirements, and partner closely with your squad to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and size opportunities using data and insights.
• Own and prioritise the squad backlog (epics, stories, bugs, tech debt, discovery) balancing value, impact and feasibility.
• Translate complex problems into clear, testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, refine scope and validate outcomes through UAT.
• Drive predictable, high‑quality delivery by leading agile ceremonies, removing blockers and managing risks.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience writing high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across commercial, engineering and partner teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of APIs and service‑based integrations.
• Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys, and general API security principles.
