Product Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

DoitWe is building an AI‑powered neobank and seeks a Product Engineer to own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services. The role combines user research, product definition, cross‑functional collaboration and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for financial product features.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
• Launch features, monitor performance, use data and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity when making trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder or similar product‑focused role.
• Strong product sense, ability to simplify complex workflows and drive execution with limited guidance.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments or high‑growth consumer apps is a strong advantage.
