Product Designer

About the role

Constantinople is building an AI‑native banking platform that unifies customer experience, product, data, operations, compliance and infrastructure. As a Product Designer you will shape strategic solutions that maximise impact for our client banks, collaborating closely with product, engineering, client success and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Design, build and test end‑to‑end solutions, from early concepts to shipped experiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Run usability testing on wireframes, clickable prototypes and live products.
• Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback.
• Produce clear hand‑over documentation that defines visual and interaction behavior.

Required profile

• Experienced designer comfortable with user‑centric design methods and best practices.
• Strong problem‑definition skills, able to challenge assumptions and set clear vision.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance exploration, iteration and synthesis.
• Excellent UI copywriting as part of the design process.
• Service‑design mindset for solving complex business problems, especially in SaaS or FinTech environments.
