Procurement & Vendor Manager (Technology)

About the role

Troocoo is recruiting two Procurement & Vendor Managers for a large, highly regulated Australian organisation's technology procurement function. One role focuses on Infrastructure and Technology Services, the other on Software and SaaS. The work combines stakeholder engagement with hands-on sourcing, contract management and vendor governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing, including RFPs, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations
• Partner with business stakeholders so procurement is involved early in strategic initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with technology suppliers, driving performance, value and compliance
• Support contract management, vendor governance and procurement administration across the technology portfolio
• Collaborate across procurement categories in a high-performing team

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management
• Proven stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Experience in a regulated, governance-focused or compliance-driven environment
• Vendor management experience and exposure to outsourcing, cloud, software or infrastructure categories highly regarded

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen managing RFPs, supplier negotiations and complex contracts
• Strategic sourcing and contract negotiation

• Salary of $140,000 - $150,000 plus superannuation and bonus
