Principal/Engagement Manager/Associate – Energy – Perth

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal/Engagement Manager/Associate to join its Energy practice in Perth. You will work with electricity generators, retailers and energy companies to address strategic and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams or work streams, delivering projects against tight deadlines.
• Support clients in emerging sectors such as renewables, storage, virtual power plants, EVs, hydrogen and carbon reduction pathways.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably from a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar project‑based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Business‑fluent English and willingness to travel.
