Principal Solution Engineering Enablement

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a Principal Solution Engineering Enablement partner to act as the Chief Activation Officer for the Solution Engineering team. You will drive field capability, design learning experiences, and translate business problems into actionable enablement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SE leadership to diagnose skill gaps, prescribe interventions, and measure capability impact.
• Curate and quality‑gate enablement content, validate AI outputs, and maintain a source of truth for theater and product domains.
• Analyze field signals (Gong, Salesforce, theater data) to prioritize gaps and design activation experiences (hands‑on labs, AI skill modules, peer learning, coaching nudges).
• Serve as the connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and learners, managing intake, building technical content, and aligning with release cadence.
• Scale local enablement programs to org‑wide capability and collaborate with Global SE Onboarding to continuously refine the ever‑boarding program.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement within the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
