Principal Consultant – SuccessFactors Implementation

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Service Delivery & Implementation Manager to lead new SuccessFactors deployments, engage with clients on‑site and drive innovation across the HR technology landscape. The role combines project delivery, service management and continuous improvement, with a focus on AI‑enabled HR capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations (EC and additional modules), including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, cut‑over and go‑live.
• Conduct on‑site workshops for discovery, blueprinting and solution validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data migration, integration readiness and organisational change readiness, and drive quality assurance across configuration and testing cycles.
• Manage day‑to‑day support operations post‑go‑live, ensuring SLAs/OLAs are met and system performance remains stable.
• Monitor ticket trends, implement incident/problem/change management practices and optimise the system based on analytics.
• Identify and drive adoption of the latest SuccessFactors releases, AI‑driven capabilities, automation tools and SAP innovations such as Joule and AI copilots.
• Lead innovation pilots, proof‑of‑concepts and continuous performance enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong background in service delivery, support operations and governance.
• Ability to manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders.
• Track record of driving innovation, automation and AI adoption in HR processes.
