Primary School Teacher (Full‑time / Part‑time)

About the role

We are building a pool of primary teachers for permanent and fixed‑term positions, both full‑time and part‑time, to start during the 2027 school year at Bletchley Park Primary School. The successful candidates will create inclusive, high‑expectation classrooms that support each child’s social, emotional and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging literacy and numeracy programmes that integrate ICT.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with special needs and EALD.
• Apply high‑impact teaching strategies and use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, teacher coaches and EALD specialists to align with the school’s Business and Operational Plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school community.

Required profile

• Outstanding primary teaching experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build respectful relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to inclusive practice, growth‑mindset teaching and best‑practice frameworks such as Teaching for Impact.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a whole‑school team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Highway Heroes SEL programme (preferred).
• Proficiency in ICT integration for classroom learning.
• Familiarity with Teaching for Impact strategies.
