Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Microsoft EUC

Data#3, an ASX200-listed IT services provider, is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Architect in North Sydney. The role sits within a Microsoft practice focused on End User Compute, backed by a national team, and supports a strong pipeline of opportunities. It combines technical expertise in EUC with the chance to provide local leadership and influence customer outcomes and team success across NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, shape solutions and support customers through the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Lead pre-sales engagements covering Microsoft EUC products such as Intune, AVD and Entra ID.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations, proposals and solution responses.
• Work with delivery and vendor teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate day-to-day pre-sales activity and support resource allocation in NSW.
• Take part in sales cadence activities such as deal reviews, pipeline discussions and qualification sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong Microsoft pre-sales experience with deep EUC and Identity expertise.
• Proven ability to enable sales teams and win complex deals.
• Strong track record in opportunity shaping, qualification and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Comfortable working at a senior level, influencing without authority.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Designing solutions across Intune, AVD, Entra ID and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Azure IaaS experience is viewed favourably.
