Practice Manager - St Leonards Hub

About the role

Naia Health is hiring a Practice Manager for its St Leonards Hub, a multidisciplinary clinic in its early stage of development. The role is hands-on and full-time, onsite in Sydney, and covers clinic operations, patient experience, clinician support and hub management. It is a chance to help build the clinic from the ground up, with the path to executive positions as the hub grows.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinicians: coordinate schedules and room allocations, onboard new clinicians, prepare injections and basic clinical materials, manage clinical stock, support consultations, referrals and research coordination, and contribute to attracting new clinicians.
• Support patients: welcome patients, manage referrals and patient records, handle phone and email enquiries, schedule appointments and process billing and payments.
• Manage the hub: oversee day-to-day operations, keep rooms and clinical spaces ready, maintain cleanliness, improve systems and workflows, manage suppliers and partners, and hire, train and manage admin and reception staff as the hub expands.

Required profile

• Experience in a medical, healthcare, specialist clinic, allied health or similar patient-facing environment.
• Experience in medical reception, practice management, clinic administration, patient coordination or healthcare operations.
• Calm, warm and professional with patients, clinicians and colleagues, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Practical and hands-on, comfortable learning new software and tools, and interested in long-term growth with the clinic.

What we offer

• Salary of $95,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation and performance-based compensation.
• A growing multidisciplinary clinic with increasing support from admin and reception staff.
