Practice Manager - Roselands Medical Practice (6-Month Contract)

About the role

Bupa is recruiting a Practice Manager for its Roselands Medical Practice in New South Wales, on a full-time 38-hour week basis for a 6-month contract. The Practice Manager oversees the efficient operation of the practice, covering administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects, and leads the delivery of a health service known for excellent customer experience, strong client outcomes and high clinical safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre and contribute to the development of the practice's long-term strategies and goals.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Implement patient satisfaction initiatives to improve the patient experience.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Required profile

• Available to work full-time, 38 hours per week, onsite at the Roselands practice.
• Strong leadership skills and exposure to people management within the health industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to a leadership-driven culture and collaborative working environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in healthcare management software and technology; Best Practice preferred.
