Practice Manager

About the role

Clements Medical is looking for a Practice Manager for its Fairfield Central and Townsville City practices. The role suits someone who wants a leadership position where no two days are the same, with a team that works well together and whose decisions make a real difference to people's lives. Two opportunities are available, and the closing date is 30 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and energise a diverse and dedicated team.
• Work closely with administration staff and clinical teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Manage change and juggle competing priorities while making sure people feel heard and supported.
• Help shape the future growth and success of the medical practice.
• Act as the go-to person for solving problems, improving processes and getting things done.

Required profile

• Experience in a senior administrative, management or leadership role (3+ years preferred, but not rigid).
• Strong people leadership skills and excellent communication and relationship-building across teams and stakeholders.
• A customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and strong time management and prioritisation.
• A calm, compassionate approach in busy or sensitive situations, with respect for confidentiality and ethical practice.
