Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant

About the role

As a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant you will join Accenture's Modern Workplace team in Melbourne, delivering low‑code and AI‑powered solutions to enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers to identify automation opportunities, run workshops and implement secure, scalable copilots and automations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI‑powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses and actions.
• Develop solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and external systems via connectors and APIs.
• Lead client workshops to discover, envision and enable automation and AI use cases.
• Architect Power Platform tenants/environments, applying governance, security and ALM best practices.
• Produce solution designs, technical documentation and handover materials, and collaborate with architects, data and AI specialists.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of consulting experience on the Power Platform with hands‑on work in Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to gather requirements and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI (exposure desirable).
• Power Platform governance, security and ALM.
• Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 integration.
• Azure Functions, API integrations.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL‑900, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600, AI‑900, AB‑730, AB‑100).
