About the role

Chandler Macleod is recruiting for a client's poultry processing team in Wingfield, South Australia. The position is a casual, ongoing Live Bird Hanger role with no previous experience required.

Key responsibilities

Hanging live birds in preparation for processing
Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Following workplace health, safety and animal welfare procedures
Maintaining quality standards and paying attention to detail
Contributing positively to a team-focused workplace

Required profile

Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and night shifts
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in the conditions of a live poultry processing facility
Own reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Full Australian working rights
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
