Postdoctoral Fellow – Implementation Science for Chronic Care

About the role

The Postdoctoral Fellow will co‑design and evaluate chronic‑care models across two NHMRC‑funded five‑year projects. Working under a Senior Academic in Implementation Science for Global Health, the role focuses on translating research into practice by partnering with industry and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design and evaluate chronic disease prevention and management models.
• Analyse qualitative and mixed‑method data within a health‑related discipline.
• Apply implementation science theories, models and frameworks to research and practice.
• Collaborate closely with industry, government and other research partners.
• Produce scientific reports, publications and presentations.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant field (or awarded within 6 months of start date).
• Experience in implementation science and qualitative/mixed‑methods research.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive, respectful environment.
• Strong academic writing and communication skills.

• Salary package $91,546 – $114,906 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
