Porter Valet – Guest Services

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton, Perth is looking for a dedicated Porter Valet to join its Guest Services team. In this position you will ensure smooth vehicle flow on the property, provide courteous parking assistance, and support guests with luggage and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and direct vehicle traffic to maintain an efficient flow throughout the hotel grounds.
• Park and retrieve guest cars in designated areas, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Provide guests with directions, information on hotel amenities, and local area attractions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of guest luggage to and from rooms.
• Coordinate special guest arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning services.

Required profile

• Valid Unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Food Safety certification (I’m Alert) issued by the City of Perth.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local area.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
