Pool Attendant – Summer Casual Role

About the role

Join the NRMA Parks & Resorts team at Darlington Beach Resort for a fun‑filled summer as a casual Pool Attendant. You’ll be the friendly face by the water, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable pool experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and monitor the pool area to keep the environment safe and enjoyable.
• Enforce pool safety rules and intervene when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool, including towels and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with Grounds and Maintenance teams to ensure everything is in top condition.
• Answer guest queries, provide assistance, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a fun personality.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexible and reliable availability for weekends and school holidays on a rotating roster.
