Podcast Producer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Podcast Producer to create on‑demand audio and video content for Tapt Media’s commercial talk radio network and its growing podcast portfolio. The position is based in our Melbourne or Sydney CBD office and works within a team focused on business, culture, news and sport verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Research, script and produce high‑quality audio and video episodes.
• Work directly with high‑profile talent, providing direction, coaching and feedback.
• Manage studio operations, including recording, editing and post‑production of long‑form and short‑form content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with brand strategy.
• Represent Tapt Media with external partners and attend occasional client events.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Audition and Premiere Pro.
• Tech‑savvy mindset comfortable with evolving production tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to meet tight media deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external relationship management.
