Planner – Scheduler (Full‑time, Balcatta)

About the role

Sodexo is looking for proactive Planner‑Schedulers to develop and implement comprehensive work plans for a diverse portfolio of assets. Based at the Balcatta Support Centre, you will prioritize work based on risk and asset criticality across residential, commercial, water, power generation and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and schedule work in line with the Maintenance Plan and Statements of Works for Sodexo’s Remote Site business.
• Prioritise tasks based on equipment criticality, asset condition and availability, ensuring defect correction within agreed response times.
• Create comprehensive work plans with appropriate scope, sequence and resources, and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate work plans to stakeholders, conduct gap‑analysis reviews and ensure tasks are rescheduled and completed.
• Provide detailed reports on mandatory maintenance, service, condition and performance monitoring.
• Assist in preparing predictive and preventive maintenance plans and continuously seek innovative ways to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling within maintenance or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of asset management, criticality assessment and work prioritisation.
• Knowledge of statutory, OH&S and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
