Pick Packer – Tullamarine (Temporary)

About the role

A leading warehousing and distribution business based in Tullamarine is seeking experienced Inbound and Outbound Pick Packers for a temporary position. The role covers both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring stock is accurately received, processed, picked, packed and dispatched to customers. Shifts are mornings, mid and afternoons.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners
• Receiving and unloading inbound deliveries
• Checking and processing incoming stock
• Preparing and dispatching outbound orders
• Labelling, wrapping and palletising products
• Stock replenishment and put-away duties
• Quality checks on products and orders
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• General warehouse and inventory support as required

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience
• Experience with inbound and outbound operations highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Own transport and driver's licence preferred

Required skills

• RF scanning experience preferred
• Pallet jack operation
• Ability to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
