Phone Sales Representative – Health & Beauty (Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to promote health and beauty brands. The role is primarily work‑from‑home, with occasional visits to customers or stores as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to existing and prospective customers
• Generate new business opportunities for health and beauty products
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, retailers and distributors
• Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Conduct occasional customer or store visits when required

Required profile

• Confident and professional phone manner
• Self‑motivated and organised
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• ABN (Australian Business Number) required
