Pharmacy Intern – Wangaratta

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to professional pharmacy practice within Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group. You will work on‑site at a Chemist Warehouse store in Wangaratta, gaining exposure to both clinical pharmacy and retail operations while completing your pre‑registrant year.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with prescription intake, processing and dispensing.
• Provide medication counselling to customers.
• Order, receive and unpack dispensary stock.
• Perform general dispensary administration tasks.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy.
• Ability to commence the pre‑registrant year immediately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Required skills

• Pharmacy dispensing knowledge.
