Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy Role (Morley)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join our Morley store, part of Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, ensure safe dispensing and support the overall operation of a busy pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store, dispensary and team operations.
• Provide professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using the MyScripts system.
• Supervise and mentor interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing and stock control.
• Identify and implement new business strategies to grow the pharmacy.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
