Pest Control Technician (Trainee/Licensed)

About the role

Join Rentokil Initial as a Pest Control Technician, working across the Singleton to Scone region to keep commercial and residential premises pest‑free. You’ll spend your days on the road, solving problems on site and building relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit commercial and residential clients to assess, treat and prevent pest infestations.
• Operate and maintain pest‑control equipment safely and effectively.
• Use a mobile service app/tablet to record work, generate reports and manage schedules.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through professional communication.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards on every job.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment medical, reference and police checks.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and clients.
• Confidence using a mobile app or tablet in the field.
