Personal Trainer – Qualified & Non‑Qualified

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join our growing network in Mackay. Whether you are already certified or just starting your fitness journey, you will work in a modern gym environment helping members achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 and small‑group training sessions tailored to client needs.
• Utilise provided business tools, spreadsheets and trackers to manage client programmes and monitor progress.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members and create personalised training journeys.
• Contribute to a positive club culture and collaborate with fellow coaches.
• Continuously develop your expertise through mentorship, education and career pathways.

Required profile

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) OR willingness to start certification through a partnered RTO.
• Passion for fitness, health and helping others succeed.
• Self‑motivated, organised and eager to grow a personal training business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire confidence.
