Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions that drive measurable client outcomes.
• Apply the UP Method to design and adjust training programmes based on data and client progress.
• Provide tailored nutrition advice that complements each client’s training plan.
• Maintain detailed client records and track performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing onboarding, mentoring and professional development programmes.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Personal Training (or equivalent qualification).
• Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Genuine passion for transforming lives through fitness.
• Strong work ethic and growth‑mindset.
