Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partner)

About the role

St Vincent's Care Toowoomba is looking for Personal Care Assistants, described as Living Support Partners, to join an experienced, engaged and dedicated team. The role is about providing a welcoming, professional and caring environment for residents, listening to each person and treating them with kindness and compassion. The employer is the nation's largest Catholic not-for-profit health and aged care provider.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
• 6 months or more of experience in a similar role; residential aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) and the ability to maintain excellent records.
