About the role

This position offers a unique chance to work as the trusted right‑hand for a high‑profile private individual. Based primarily in the Southern Highlands with regular duties in Sydney, you will manage the day‑to‑day logistics that keep multiple residences and personal affairs running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level personal assistance, handling appointments, priorities and daily requirements.
• Oversee the upkeep of several private residences, coordinating cleaners, gardeners, tradespeople and maintenance providers.
• Prepare homes to an exceptional standard ahead of visits and events.
• Manage personal administration, including documentation, records and correspondence.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and handling logistics.
• Support personal shopping, wardrobe management and other lifestyle needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring discreet and professional communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a high‑net‑worth individual, private family, entrepreneur or senior executive.
• Exceptional organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
