People Systems & Operations Analyst

About the role

Randstad is partnering with a digital healthcare organisation to recruit a People Systems and Operations Analyst for its People & Culture team in Sydney, working hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role is the primary HRIS expert and leads automation and AI initiatives to modernise how P&C services are delivered. It combines technical system administration with process redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign core P&C processes across the employee lifecycle and build and maintain AI and automation solutions, including AI agents, automated workflows and Power Platform apps, to streamline onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as lead administrator for Dayforce, Acorn and SuccessFactors, overseeing configuration, security permissions, release testing, vendor coordination and routine maintenance.
• Connect enterprise HR platforms so data flows seamlessly and reduce duplicate handling; work with Corporate IT to improve Jira service ticketing workflows, SLAs and automations for P&C requests.
• Run regular data audits to ensure accuracy across platforms, supporting payroll handoffs, compliance reporting and workforce analytics.
• Provide level-2/3 technical support, write user guides and FAQs, and upskill employees and leaders to drive system adoption.

Required profile

• A technically savvy HR systems specialist who solves problems and streamlines workflows.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, SuccessFactors or similar.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to data integrity.
