People & Performance Partner

About the role

Evolution Mining, a global gold company operating six mines in Australia and Canada, is looking for a People & Performance Partner to join its People & Culture team in Sydney or Brisbane. This is a true partnering role: you will advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent management and remuneration & benefits, and help build high-performing teams.

Required profile

• Experience advising on performance management, complex employee matters and employment legislation
• Experience developing and running people and culture programs and initiatives
• Experience in remuneration and benefits, including role benchmarking and market analysis
• Ideal background in an HR advisory or People & Culture business partner role
• Nice to have: exposure to remuneration reviews, mining or other regulated environments, workforce planning and people analytics, and interpreting Enterprise Agreements

• Communication skills and credibility across all levels of an organisation
• Using data and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions
