People & Culture Coordinator – Support HR Operations

About the role
Join Byfields, a leading tax and business advisory firm, as a People & Culture Coordinator in our Belmont office. You will help shape a people‑first culture by managing HR processes across all Western Australian locations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, variations, onboarding, probation and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system (Employment Hero) and ensure compliance with legislation and WHS requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, training programs and keep learning and compliance records up to date.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programmes and internal communications.
- Assist with graduate recruitment, onboarding and programme coordination.
- Provide recruitment support including screening, interview coordination and candidate management.
Required profile
- Proactive and organised professional with solid foundational HR experience.
- Comfortable taking ownership of processes and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS platform.
