People & Culture Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

Blank Theory is seeking a part‑time People & Culture Coordinator to own and shape the people function across two to three days each week. You will bring structure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee development while safeguarding the company’s vibrant culture as it scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: define roles, write briefs, actively headhunt and source candidates.
• Design and run a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Build and document people processes including hiring, performance, feedback and off‑boarding.
• Monitor culture and team dynamics, surface issues and drive practical improvements.
• Advise founders on organisational structure, capability gaps and cultural preservation.
• Handle P&C fundamentals such as contracts, policies, compliance and employee support.
• Collaborate with morale officers to organise regular team events and business‑related gatherings.

Required profile

• Experience as a People & Culture, HR Business Partner or Talent Partner, preferably in an agency or creative SME.
• Proven in‑house recruitment and sourcing ability, comfortable headhunting passive candidates.
• Strong tact, situational awareness and ability to act as a trusted liaison between leadership and new hires.
• Instinct for culture and team dynamics with sound judgement.
• Self‑directed, builder mentality and comfortable operating with minimal oversight.
