People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

ATCO Australia is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to be the hub of the employee experience. In this fast‑paced role you will support recruitment, onboarding, career moves, off‑boarding and a range of HR processes, helping to build a great workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Guide employees and managers through every stage of the employment journey, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, delivering timely and people‑focused support.
• Partner with the Talent team to advertise roles, screen candidates and welcome new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure smooth data flow.
• Transform workforce data into actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, People & Culture, People Operations or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑focused, able to manage competing priorities.
