About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team. The role supports the full employee lifecycle and helps shape a positive employee experience, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver employee engagement, wellbeing and cultural initiatives, including events, recognition programs and team‑building activities.
- Create and manage content for internal platforms to promote benefits, wellbeing programs and People & Culture initiatives.
- Develop internal communications and campaigns that strengthen employee awareness, participation and sense of belonging.
- Administer employee benefits programs, review offerings regularly and recommend enhancements.
- Support performance review processes, maintain related documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage onboarding activities, mandatory training, compliance learning and maintain onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
- Monitor utilisation and effectiveness of engagement and benefit initiatives, tracking relevant KPIs.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or related people‑focused roles.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing employee experience and culture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
