People & Culture Consultant

About the role

Bailey Abbott is seeking a passionate People & Culture Consultant to lead national IT recruitment and support the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with senior leaders, mentor junior staff, and help shape a culture that attracts and retains top consulting talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for national consulting roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools across Digital Transformation, Data Intelligence and corporate support functions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Support onboarding, probation, employee engagement initiatives, career conversations and culture programs.
• Oversee the contractor workforce, handling contracts, extensions and renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, either within an internal talent acquisition team or an agency environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and high‑quality candidates.
• Enthusiastic about people development and eager to expand knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Motivated to grow into a well‑rounded People & Culture professional.
