People & Culture Business Partner - NSW North

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to act as the face of its People and Culture team for employees across a portfolio of New South Wales North aged care homes. The role is remote and combines coaching frontline leaders on engagement and culture with advising on complex, often sensitive investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people and culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy
• Coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability
• Handle complex industrial relations and employment relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic and human-centred approach
• Interpret and apply industrial instruments
• Collaborate on projects that embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and sustain new practices
• Build strong, trusted stakeholder relationships across the region and central services teams
• Facilitate workshops, training and education for home-based employees in a creative, interactive way

Required profile

• Generalist HR experience and proven partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role, including in a shared service model
• Coaching and leader development experience
• Ability to navigate complex employment relations matters within a best-practice framework
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment and able to travel as required
