People & Culture Advisor – Perth

About the role

Lycopodium is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join its Perth office. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead – APAC, you will provide HR advice and support for both office‑based and project‑based staff across local and international assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Provide generalist HR advice on employment relations, performance management, contracts, compliance and terminations for projects in Australia, Africa and Asia.
• Partner with senior leaders to address people needs and implement HR systems and processes.
• Manage international assignment logistics, calculate site conditions and develop assignment policies in line with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance on budgeting and cost tracking for global assignments.

Required profile

• Relevant HR degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as an HR Officer or Advisor seeking career progression.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
