People & Culture Advisor

About the role

The People & Culture Advisor supports a high‑performance environment by delivering proactive HR guidance and partnering with leaders across the organisation. You will work on both day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects, helping to shape policies, drive engagement and enable change.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate advice on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to leaders and team members.
• Develop, update and automate HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with business units to create tailored People Plans that address specific challenges and opportunities.
• Guide leaders through the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Support organisational change initiatives by offering HR expertise and coaching leaders through transitions.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs and related documentation, acting as the primary point of contact for queries.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with cyclical HR activities such as talent reviews and employee engagement surveys.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law and policy development.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
• Solution‑focused mindset with a compassionate approach to people issues.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
