About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store and supporting them in finding the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious about store technology and eager to learn.
• Flexible and action‑oriented.
