Part‑Time Hotel All‑Rounder (Front Office & F&B)

About the role

Accor is looking for an energetic Part‑Time Hotel All‑Rounder to support both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations at Mercure Brisbane Garden City. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence across the front desk and café areas.
• Assist guests with self‑check‑in kiosks and promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
• Prepare and serve coffee, snacks, and food items in the café.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Support sales of hotel facilities and conference room services.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and think quickly.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Valid RSA certification or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Availability for a rotating 7‑day roster, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Opera or similar hotel property management systems.
