Part-Time Visual & Content Designer (3 days/week)

About the role

Ronald McDonald House Sydney is seeking a creative Visual & Content Designer to work three days a week on‑site in Randwick. You will bring brand stories to life through graphic design, photography, video and social media content, supporting fundraising, events and supporter communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for fundraising campaigns, events and digital communications.
• Capture and edit photography and video across the House and during events.
• Create short‑form video reels and social media videos.
• Support social media content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency and develop templates for global approval.
• Organise the photo and content library and coordinate external production crews when needed.
• Assist with website updates and internal communications such as newsletters.

Required profile

• Highly creative and visually driven.
• Passionate about storytelling and capturing authentic moments.
• Comfortable working across design, photography, video and social media.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in a fast‑moving, purpose‑focused environment.
