Part-Time Pharmacist

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Castlemaine Express, located in the Woolworths Castlemaine Centre, is a community-focused pharmacy offering health advice, prescription dispensing, medication management, vaccinations and health and wellness products. It is seeking a skilled, motivated Pharmacist to support patients' health and wellbeing. This is a part-time position of 14 hours per week, working Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am-3:00pm.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and expert health advice, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications
• Active participation in Care Clinic services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with TerryWhite Chemmart standards, policies and legislative and professional requirements
• Assume Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities and oversee daily pharmacy operations

Required profile

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Passion for community pharmacy and clinical care
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Vaccination training
• Willingness to work in a busy pharmacy and to add value to the community, customers and team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous
