About the role

Bupa Willoughby is a modern care home with 85 beds and a variety of care units, located in a leafy suburb of the Lower North Shore of Sydney, close to schools, parks, Chatswood and transport links. As a Carer, you will help residents live longer, healthier and happier lives, contributing to improvements that support high-quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
• A passion and energy for world-class care
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
