Paralegal – Legal & Store Transactions

About the role

Domino’s is looking for multiple Paralegals to join its Legal and Store Transactions team. You will support franchise operations, commercial transactions and contract management, ensuring smooth coordination from store commencement through settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate store transaction files from commencement to settlement.
• Prepare and manage documentation such as agreements, contracts, deeds and transaction records.
• Support the preparation and issuance of Franchise Partner Disclosure Documents.
• Assist with contract management, compliance processes and legal administration activities.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation across legal matters.
• Coordinate workflows to ensure transaction requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct research and gather information on franchise, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support timely outcomes.
• Provide broader administrative and operational support to the Legal team as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in legal support, corporate administration, contracts, commercial operations or professional services.
• Strong documentation, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong written and verbal communication.
