Panel Physician - Southport

About the role

Bupa Medical Visa Services, which delivers health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government for visa applicants, is seeking a panel physician for its Medical Assessment Centre in Southport. This is a permanent part-time position of 2 days per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, within an assessment-based role offering a good work/life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, supported by an experienced Lead Physician.
• Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines.
• Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform.
• Deliver people-centred care so customers have a quality experience in the Bupa clinic.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA.
• At least three years of postgraduate experience.
• Strong customer service focus and experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds.
